How it Works

This plant-based bonding agent is made using glucose chemistry; it bonds to the amino acids that are the building blocks for the proteins in our hair. Those proteins are damaged during chemical services when disulfide bonds are broken. This bonding agent has a low molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate deep into the cortex creating hydrogen and ionic bonds that form a protective scaffolding between amino acids to strengthen the hair’s natural keratin structure.
